New Year, New You

We all get so busy living day to day that we often don't take the time we should to make those course corrections in the life we are living. We get caught up in 'just surviving.' Join us in breaking out of our regular routine and take time to evaluate where you are and which direction you want to take your life. We will use journaling, creativity activities, and inner work to figure out what you want your life to look like and to create a plan to live the life you want.

We will be taking an hour break for lunch at noon. There are a lot of places close by to grab a bite to eat. (Lunch not included).

After lunch we will finish up the inner work and take time to create our vision boards. Finish the day with clarity. You will leave the workshop with goals, a plan and inspiration to help you create the life you envision.
